 David's professional career began many decades ago in the class room when he fell in love with technology and all things related to a computer. David graduated in 2009 with a bachelors of science in Information Systems and a Minor in Computer Science and Engineering. For the last 8 years he's worked full time in a variety of roles surrounding custom software development. As a software engineer he began the process of watching and learning what it looked like to lead a team and work with clients. In 2012 David transferred into the roll of project manager and leading his own team of engineers worked closely with clients on multiple 6 figure projects. In 2014 David became a partner at a local consulting firm and began the process of understanding the in's and out's of what it took to maintain and grow an existing firm. Outside of work David is an avid snowboarder, skier, wake boarder, softball player, mountain biker, disc golfer and any other activity that involves friends and the great outdoors.  David's personal interest and hobbies run deep and extend very wide. Cassie and David have been married for 10 years with 3 beautiful children. They have a deep desire to travel and experience many different cultures and customs while passionately loving each other and everyone they come in contact with. 

Nic Pettersson

Nic Pettersson is known for his superior work ethic, precision craftsmanship, and integrity.  He leverages his skills to produce top notch results. He enjoys custom complex projects designed to bring a client's vision to fruition.

In his earlier years of training, Nic had the privilege of mentoring with an engineer on a complex build over the course of 3 years. It was there that the foundation for precision and excellence was founded. He went on to manage his own crews providing services for remodeling and lawn care in the DFW area. To further expand his skill set, Nic spent 5 years working in the oil and gas field which broadened his drive for excellence to industry level and his excitement to take on a project of any size or complexity. This line of work also reaffirmed his desire to pursue a civil engineering degree which he is working on currently.

Outside of work and school, Nic loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. They thrive in a community of amazing family and friends knowing life is too short to not share it with others.
